For those of you who have ever asked me "is there snow in Australia" here is a Red Bull event filmed at my local mountain in Australia ..Thredbo

The increasing number of Australian skiers and snowboarders infiltrating the international scene has helped fuel an interest in more Australian ski and snowboard events. Though the One Hit Wonder becomes unique when the riders have the option to keep changing or improving their “Wondrous” One Hit to gain the competitive edge over the other riders, provided of course that they possess the skills and a deep enough bag of tricks. Event director, Tim Myers says “This jam session format is unlike the usual high pressure competition dynamic, where early drawn riders have to anticipate the forthcoming standard of tricks. Riders can warm up to the jump in a relaxed atmosphere and hopefully inspire each other with varying skiing and snowboarding styles throughout the four day duration.” The One Hit Wonder Down Under is about creating an environment where skiers and snowboarders can step up their big air acrobatics and produce the most crowd pleasing show that they know how.

Every day begins with a process, even on a Saturday. This season Poor Boyz brings you a candid account of what it takes to get from point A to point B. “Everyday Is A Saturday” will bring the entirety of the sport into light. Whether itʼs waiting for that bluebird day to come or countless training sessions before a competition, Poor Boyz aims to provide a chronicle of each process, from the mental standpoint to the prearranged state of bliss. Any skier knows that feeling- to work hard, play hard and share epic days like “Every Day Is A Saturday,” just out skiing with friends.

    Rome Snowboards

Go Shred or Go Home—if the Bones Brigade crew took a time warp to the slopes of Big Bear in 2010, they’d probably all be pushin’ the retina-bursting Artifact ‘85s. The camber profile’s flat mid section gives between-the-feet stability for locking into backlips, while the reverse camber tip and tail make for perfect 5-0s. A Reverse-V glass stringer adds ollie pop while still maximizing the loose, press-happy nature of the reverse camber profile. All Rome boards are in stock and available to ship. Come on in and check em out or order and we will ship to you.
